Dual illumination: white light and 365 nm ultraviolet light

The NZQ Dual Light configuration combines white light and ultraviolet light at a wavelength of 365 nm, providing two illumination modes to suit inspection requirements.

The high-power LED source is mounted at the rear and transmits light through optical fibres. Nine adjustable brightness levels allow the illumination to be adapted to the surface and viewing conditions.

The range also includes white-light-only configurations; the NZQ Dual Light version includes both white light and ultraviolet sources.

Quickly interchangeable probes

The probe assembly detaches from the main unit, allowing the configuration to be changed to suit the working environment.

From 1 to 3 metres, with custom options available on request.

Optical options include fields of view of 90°, 120° or 140° and depths of field from 10 to 200 mm or from 50 mm to infinity, to be selected when specifying the configuration. The viewing direction is forward.

The high-density braided tungsten sheath provides corrosion resistance. The probe is IP67-rated and resistant to water and oil.

360° articulation and image control

The 360° multidirectional articulation, with a maximum bending angle of at least 180°, allows the probe tip to be positioned using the joystick.

The 6-inch touchscreen displays images at a resolution of 1920 × 1080. Touch controls are complemented by physical buttons for image capture, navigation, playback and brightness adjustment.

Camera settings include brightness, contrast, hue, sharpness, saturation, gamma, white balance and exposure.
