The COBB Fibre Ottiche LHC series of industrial flexible video endoscopes includes professional visual inspection systems designed for industrial applications, technical maintenance and non-destructive testing (NDT), even in complex or hard-to-reach environments.

LHC video endoscopes are available with diameters ranging from 2.8 mm to 10 mm and operating lengths from 1 to 20 meters, offering high configuration flexibility for the inspection of pipelines, ducts, mechanical components, engines, heat exchangers and industrial systems.

Configurations and Series Variants

The LHC series includes multiple configurations designed to meet specific operational requirements.

The range also includes versions with integrated dual cameras, available in 4.0 mm, 6.5 mm and 10 mm diameters, combining forward viewing (0°) and side viewing (90°) for more complete visual inspection capabilities in demanding applications.

Control and Maneuverability

All LHC flexible video endoscopes are equipped with a 4-way articulating tip controlled via ergonomic joystick, ensuring precise movement and easy operation even through complex paths and confined spaces.

Image Viewing and Management

The system integrates a 5” LCD display with anti-glare treatment, designed to provide excellent visibility even under difficult lighting conditions.

Integrated software allows real-time viewing, capture and processing of images and videos, improving inspection efficiency and documentation workflow.

Industrial-Grade Construction

The stainless steel protective sheath ensures robustness, reliability and long operational life even in demanding industrial environments, while maintaining lightweight handling and ease of use during prolonged inspections.

• Robust construction: stainless steel insertion tube designed to withstand crushing forces and immersion in water or oils.

• TFT LCD monitor: 1280 × 720 pixel resolution for detailed image quality.

• Rechargeable battery: more than 4 hours of operating time with lithium-ion battery technology.

• Additional battery compartment: allows installation of an extra battery for extended operating autonomy.

• Continuous power supply mode: for long inspections, the system can be directly connected to a 220VAC power source, enabling uninterrupted operation without time limitations.
